About Us

Formed in 1997, SELEX is a subsidiary of AMROP INTERNATIONAL one of the world´s leading Executive Search organizations with more than 220 partners operating through 83 offices in 47 countries with an average of 10 years of experience per partner in Senior and Mid-Level Executive Search.

AMROP INTERNATIONAL was formed in 1977, originally to provide enhanced services to clients in the Americas and Europe (hence AM-ROP derivation). Actually it is the world´s fastest growing and the fifth largest international Executive Search Organization. In Mexico we are the second largest at executive level.

SELEX is an AMROP division for mid-level executive search, which operates nationally from our Monterrey office. Through SELEX, we are currently offering full outsourcing services for recruitment.
